Directions To The Walton Theatre:

From New York City Area:

Take Palisades Parkway north as far as Bear Mountain S.P. and then follow Rt. 6 west to Rt. 17 at Harriman. Get on Rt. 17 west toward Middletown. Follow 17 for about an hour to Roscoe (exit 94). Get off and pick up Rt. 206. Stay on 206 through Downsville and on into Walton. At the full traffic light in the center of Walton, turn right on Delaware St and immediately turn left on Gardiner Place. Theatre is half way up the street on the right (White pillars in front).

From the Albany Area:

Take I 90 west to exit for I 88. Get on 88 and stay on until Oneonta (Exit 15). Get off exit, turn left and proceed to second traffic light. Turn right and follow Rt. 28 toward Delhi. You will start climbing a hill as you leave Oneonta. On the other side, you will go back down and at the bottom there will be a road that will go off to the right (Rt. 357) Follow that road toward Franklin. After going through Franklin, turn left on County Route 21 to Walton. Follow 21 until you enter the Village of Walton. There will be a stop sign. Turn right down Townsend Street and continue through two traffic lights until you reach the traffic light on Delaware St. Turn left. Go through the next traffic light and immediately turn left on Gardiner Place. Go half way up the block and theatre is on the right (white pillars).

From Syracuse Area:

Take I 81 south to Whitney Point. At end of exit, turn left and proceed about a mile and pick up Rt 206 east. Follow that for about one hour to Walton. Rt. 206 becomes the main street of Walton. Go to second traffic light in Walton, go through light and turn immediately left on Gardiner Place. Theatre is half way up the block on the right (white pillars).

From The South:

Take I 81 to Binghamton area. Get off on Rt. 17 (I 86) east toward New York City. Stay on 17 until exit 84 for Deposit and Rt. 10. Follow Rt. 10 along reservoir for about 20 miles to Walton. Rt. 10 becomes the main street. Go to second traffic light and immediately turn left on to Gardiner Place. Theatre is half way up the block on the right (white pillars).

Parking:

For Performers:
Go to end of Gardiner Place. Turn right on North St. Go down North to back of Theatre Bldg (Village Hall), and turn right again on Opera Avenue and park on left. Stage door is on side of building.

For Audience:
Parking along street on Gardiner Place or in lot on left before you reach theatre or continue to end of Gardiner Pl. and park on North Street.
